At Print Basics, Inc., our goal is simple: to deliver exceptional quality and service on every order. We understand that print jobs vary in complexity, but our commitment to doing right by our customers remains the same.
Because each project is custom produced, all sales are considered final. However, if a job does not meet industry-standard quality or falls short of the specifications approved during the proofing process, we will gladly reprint the order at no additional cost.
To ensure timely resolution:
- Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order if there is a concern with quality or production.
- Include photos and a description of the issue to help us assess and address it quickly.
- In some cases, we may request that the original order be returned or inspected prior to issuing a reprint.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Errors made in customer-supplied artwork
- Minor variations within commercial tolerance
- Changes requested after a job has been approved for print
