Steven from Print Basics SAVED MY DAY! My regular printer had a problem with their printer today and couldn't get me a rushed job until Monday. I couldn't wait and had to either spend way more money at Kinko's and get there and back (which I did NOT have time for)...or call Steven, whom I'd just met at a networking event 2 nights ago in our speakeasy & restaurant. Steven responded within a couple hours then pulled off a TOTAL MIRACLE later in the day than felt remotely possible Not only did Steven make sure the job got done before close of business -- he himself hand delivered the job from Deerfield to Fort Lauderdale just as we opened to guests. I right now have beautiful cards on tables and with guest checks promoting our Easter brunch & dinner with special hours for our James Beard Award-Winning Chef Allen Susser on a holiday around the corner -- all thanks to Steven! Highly recommend both Steven and Print Basics, Inc.!

OK, that sounds so boring but what I mean by dependable is that I can depend on the team to always go ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectation! They exceed every concept, deadline and customer service that we could dream of having from a company. Go with Print Basics and you will NEVER regret your choice!! I have worked with Craig and the team at Print Basics for several years as a customer. The print basics team never fails to be professional , courteous, kind and they bend over backwards to make sure we get the quotes (which don't always end in an order) , mock-ups, and our final products delivered with a smile.
