We offer a range of paper options including lightweight uncoated text paper, gloss coated stocks, matte coated stocks, and heavier cover weights. The right choice depends on how the poster will be displayed, whether it needs to be handled or mounted, and how long it needs to hold up.
Yes. Posters can be printed on gloss coated stock for a bright, polished look or matte coated stock for a more subdued finish that reduces glare. Aqueous coating can also be applied for added protection, depending on the paper and production method.
PDF is the preferred format for most poster jobs. We also accept files from InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Files should be set up at the correct final trim size with a minimum of 0.125-inch bleed on all sides. Resolution should be at least 300 DPI at the final print size.
For sharp print results, your file should be 300 DPI at the final print size. Files that look fine on screen but are only 72 or 96 DPI can appear soft or pixelated when printed at full size. If you are unsure about your file resolution, send it to us and we can review it before production.
We can produce posters on stocks and with finishes that hold up better in certain conditions. For extended outdoor use, we recommend discussing your specific environment with our team so we can advise on the best material and substrate options available.
Yes. All of our poster printing is full color. We print using a four-color CMYK process that delivers accurate, vibrant results across a wide range of artwork styles, photographs, graphics, and text.

We handle orders of all sizes, from single prints to large quantity runs. Short runs are produced digitally, which makes small quantities cost-effective. Larger runs may be produced using offset printing depending on the quantity and specifications.
Yes. If you need the same poster layout with different dates, locations, names, or other variable information, we can discuss the best way to set that up – either as separate files or using variable data printing depending on the number of versions needed.
